Subsequent Visits: $130.00 - $150.00 + HST (not dependent on consult time only but research and review needed for consult and written protocol). $100.00 - $140.00 + HST (e-mail review of blood test/questions). **The time set aside for your appointment is important to the viability of the business. Cancellation within 24hrs will first be offered an alternate time within a 2-3 day period. If this isn't possible, a cancellation fee of $90 will be charged.
